Trash Collection

All City residents are required to have trash pickup services through the City of Swainsboro. Poly Carts are delivered by Allgreen Environmental Services and fees will appear on the city utilities bill. Trash services are rendered by Allgreen Environmental Services on a weekly basis depending on which street a house or business is located on. Dumpsters can also be acquired by Allgreen Environmental Services. For more information on trash collection please contact City Hall at (478) 237-7025.

Water and Sewer Services

Water and Sewer Services may be established at City Hall. Water accounts can be set up with a refundable deposit of $100, a rent receipt/lease agreement or proof of ownership, and a photo ID and valid Social Security Number. Water bills are sent out monthly and must be paid by the 6th day of each month. The bill includes trash and yard waste pickup, water, and sewer services.
