Swainsboro’s City Hall is located on the corner of West Main and North Main in the heart of downtown Swainsboro.
Originally built in 1908, the building housed Citizen’s Bank and the law offices of Spivey, Carlton, and Edenfield until the City of Swainsboro bought the building and converted it into City Hall.
Swainsboro’s City Hall currently houses the Mayor’s office, the City Administrator, Downtown Development, and the Building Inspector. City Council and the Downtown Development Authority hold monthly meetings at City Hall.
Swainsboro’s City Hall also accepts water payments, city property taxes, and provides business licenses throughout the month.
