The Swainsboro-Emanuel County Parks & Recreation Department is proud offer a new feature to the Billy C. Carmichael Recreation Complex – the Splash N Sports Splash Pad.
The splash pad features a variety of water features that are perfect for cooling off during the warm, Georgia summers!
