The Swainsboro City Council meets the first Monday of every month at 6:00pm at City Hall in downtown Swainsboro. On occasion, special meetings of the City Council are held after the first Monday. These special meetings are publicized at the regularly scheduled City Council Meetings, on this website, and a notice is placed at City Hall in downtown Swainsboro. Agenda items for City Council Meetings must be given to the City Administrator, located at City Hall, the Thursday before the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting by 12:00pm.
